[Torg] [NNWS] another possible contender for IriMesh?

All the new technologies that we are seeing today whether in laser, combat
drones and robots (lots of combat robot news on ./ recently) makes me think
we are getting closer to TL 24. I'd wager we will reach it in 10-20 years.
