I don't think it requires either a fix or selective choosing of players.
When I say they bitched it wasn't in a mean or spiteful fashion, it was
good-natured ribbing. If it became a real problem between the players I
suppose then it would be necessary to try and resolve it within the
group, I don't think I would try to fix a conflict of playing styles by
tinkering with game mechanics.
