[Torg] Possibilities: Better Results Now VS Character Advancement

I see that the discussion has gone on for a while, but I just wanted  
to say that I agree with splitting up experience and PE's.

Also, I think (Winstons?) idea about "PE for Act Awards, Skill Points  
for Adventure Awards" is a good one. It's what I was doing for the  
Lost Worlds campaign.
