[Torg] Points-based

Rather than reinvent the wheel, I have found the Champions (which I think is
the same as the Hero system) systems to be the best balancing overall.
Couldn't you just figure a point conversion into Torg, or give the players X
champions points to spend to buy their powers? You would of course have to
convert the mechanics of the powers ito Torg terms as well, but that would
not seem to be insurmountable.

Of course, you could also just play Champions instead, but Torg overall
mechanics I find tons simpler than Champions, and I am guessing that is your
goal.
