I'm in two minds about this. I'm vary of the variability, as
introducing variable Vital Blow just slowed things down that bit
more (you'd be amazed how much some people can ponder over -2,
-3 or -4 to hit!). However, as a principle I think it could
help, as some of the issues were around combining maneuvers such
as Full Auto and All Out Attack and adding up the various
options!
