Maybe it'll be contagious and finally get my brain kick-started

You don't? It's all about how you move your body, things like
balance, controlling the motion of your limbs, how you place your
feet when walking, lots of things that relate to dexterity.
Surely you've tried sneaking up behind someone? You don't just
walk up normally behind them do you, you change the way you walk
and move to try avoid making any noise, like no loud footsteps
to give you away.
