As I read the Torg background, the very rules of reality are different
from cosm to cosm. This must (at least in some cases) include
fundamental physical laws (gravity in Aysle, just to pick one example).
The potential for realities that break all kinds of rules that we hold
as capital-T-True certainly exist in Torg. This is not just a factor of
the tech axiom rating (being just a game abstraction anyway), but of the
way each setting actually is described to work.
