[Torg] Weapons and long range contradictions

Yep, as long is the projectile isn't a contradiction. So becareful shooting full metal jackets,
explosive bullets, and silver bullets....plasma guns blah blah blah....In the LL I think only the
pure lead bullet isn't considered a LRC. 

Now, while Jim states light isn't a contradiction anywhere there is light, I consider a laser a
LRC.
