[Torg] Torg and pushes

One extra thing (that I'm surprised Kansas Jim didn't point out) is that you
read on the Speed Push chart, not Power Push. Moving faster isn't easy. Of
course, given that each +1 is something on the order of a 50% increase, and
with a +2 speed push you're more than doubling your normal maximum speed,
that probably makes sense.
