[Torg] what's the damage value of a nuclear bomb?

Interesting - playing in a Torg game (not the possibility war) where my
character may get the ability to create really nice force fields, up to 40
toughness. With creative use of cards and such, I was looking at around
maybe 75 toughness (for one round) - was wondering if my field could contain
the blast, but looks like it would be 10 points shy. Looks like if I want
to be able to contain it, going to have to not only take my superpower skill
to a +10, but to +13 or +14.
But for the foreseeable future, I should avoid nukes. (84!) Check. ;)
