[Torg] DV of moving vehicle?

Each should suffer full damage. If the wall collapses, only the
damage required to destroy the wall is carried through to the
vehicle, the balance represents remaining velocity that
continues driving the vehicle forwards. Systems like Hero and
MEGS have elegant mechanics for this, and I'm sure Torg does too
but I can't figure them off the top of my head because of
thepesky damage chart!

If Weight alone produces sufficient damage to destroy the wall
(inflict 4 wounds?), the vehicle will carry on through with its
full velocity. Fly? Meet windscreen.
