[Torg] DV of explosives at different ranges?

If you have an explosive that creates an AoE DV effect that has a DV of 30
(lets say) at point blank range, what DV is being done at 5 meters? 10?  How
does one determine the max AoE range of say, a 10 DV effect of that DV30
bomb?
