Blasts should fall off somewhere between 1/r to 1/(r^3) depending on
the type of energy being radiated (how it is dampened/enhanced etc).
In most cases we are going with 1/(r^2),

In general we are dealing with logarithms and its associated math.
Multiplication in 'normal' math are additions and powers 'become'
multiplications. So this would give us a general rule that for 1/r^2..
that for every AP of distance from the ground zero 'point', we could
take a x2 away from a blast.

So for your 55 bomb blast if it started at a size smaller than 1 meter
in (actually probably 0.25 meters) you would say that at 1 meter no
change, 1.5 meters -2, 6 meters -6, etc.. at a distance of 22 it would
have a radiated energy down to ~10... which would put you at 25 km
blast size of having some outward damage. However this doesnt cover
items like height of explosion, over-mach pressure, etc.. which can

However, blasts do not fall out with radiative effects.. but are dealt
with various focusing and disipative effects... at 1/(r^3) you would
see a much faster fall off where your maximum 'felt' blast of DV 10
would be at 1 km.
