[Torg] Torg, Google Maps Style

Ha!

Being able to import the Google Earth coordinates is a godsend; the
tricky/tedious art is actually putting in all the shaded polygons that
denote the different zones. So far Cyberpapacy and Tharkold are complete
(the easy ones!), Aysle need about 2/3 polys done, LL needs polys, and I've
just imported the coords for NT. i'm dreading doing the polys for NE and
Orrorsh, though -- there's just so many!
