[Torg] Torg Timeline + A United Living Land

Is there a freely available Torg timeline anywhere? The closest I've seen is
the one presented in the Tharkold book, but that really only covers the
events in the CA area.

On a semi-related topic, is is presented anywhere that the two halves of the
Living Land eventually unite? If so, where can I find that information?
