As mentioned, there's a fairly complete one in the High Lords' Guide.
If you have the Infiniverse Updates you can piece together a loose
timeline of the biggest events or if you've got a lot of time to kill
something similar to the HLG timeline can be pieced together from
the individual Infiniverse newsletters. (If you don't have them, PDF
versions are still lurking on WEG's website, there's no page linking
to them anymore but you can still get to them directly. The URL for
the first one is http://www.westendgames.com/files/Infi01.pdf and just
increment from there up to 40.)

No, the two halves never managed to unite. There's mention of Kaah
making an attempt in one of the Infiniverse Updates but Storm Knights
prevented it from happening.
