Hello, Morgan,
Your planned campaign looks good. It has some similarities to one of my own I'm currently torturing some players with. :)
Two notes:
You might also add in the influence of "Beowulf" to your Nightless Empire cosm. From my sketchy reading of your notes, I think you might get some good use out of that old saga. Certainly Grendel and his Dear Ol' Mum would be a great possibility-rated critter to throw at your heroes. :)
Also, you might check out a book called _The Changeling Garden_. Your cosm Land of Four Parts reminds me a lot of it. It has part flavor from the Space Gods cosm, but without the heavy biotech (the Incans have a more crystal-based advanced "science").
Michael

Subject: [Torg] New Torg campaign thoughts
Hi guys,
Ages back, I spoke about creating a new campaign for Torg that drew heavily upon the published material but was new enough to keep it interesting for people that knew all of the original realms inside out.
I'm beginning to stick my ideas up on a blog site so if anyone fancies a look, here it is.

Cheers,
Morgan
