[Torg] Jumping in Torg

Followup - what if instead of a human jumping we are driving a car jumping a
gap - how far can we jump going 30mph? How far going 100 mph? What if the
car has 1 ton of extra cargo in the trunk? Do limits values still apply? Is
the system by which this is determined consistent with the system by which
we determine how far a human jumps?

It's unchanged in the R&E.

He will jump a distance equal to his limit value for long jumping, which
for humans is 3 (4 meters).

The Limit Value plus the result of a speed push, so 3 (failed push) to 5
(max speed push) or 4 to 10 meters.

Unfortunately the game never provided rules for vertical jumps. Because
the world record in the high jump is a value of 2 (it's a bit under 2.5
meters) I'd say the limit value for a high jump is 0.
