Upon further reflection it'd be a bad idea to base a jumping limit
value off of Strength; the system is set up for jumping pushes as
speed pushes rather than power pushes, linking it to Strength would
improperly imply that it too uses a power push in the same fashion
as the other Strength based limit, lifting.
