[Torg] Jumping in Torg

I am not referring to the leaping tall buildings however, but more of the
Smallville era Superman, where tall buildings didn't exist, running fast,
then jumping, and it leading to him landing several miles away. I may be
able to offer a suggestion that could cause this discussion to a close,
however.
Long Jumping be based on DEX, as DEX is the only speed appropriate stat we
have.
High Jumping is based on STR, as you need to have the muscles in your legs
to get a high jump.
This covers the above argument about Superman being super strong, but it
also covers the fact that he is also super fast (which cannot be attributed
to his strength, as it is a separate power of his).
