No, it hasn't. However, I gave an approach to long jumps (from a running
start) that takes both DEX and STR into account. Going back to basing long
jumps on a single stat means you lose the capacity for super-strength
characters to jump great distances, and that seems like a step backwards to
me. It might work for some speedsters, but you'd wind up patching for the
Hulk.
