[Torg] Another round of magic questions

Greets All,

	So I was looking for a work related pdf and came across my Torg RE 
pdf.  And when I stat looking at Torg materials I usually can't put 
it away.  Which usually means I find something to ask this list.  So here goes.

	Let's say I have a TK Cyberdecker Mage.  That makes his Magic Axiom 
12.  Furthermore he has access to the Telekinesis Major spell, pg 43 
of Pixaud's, which has an axiom of 6(17).  This spell is a impressed 
and focused spell.  Does casting this spell cause a contradiction due 
to the impressed portion of the spell?  If it does cause a 
contradiction, which I think it does but need a little help here, 
what kind of contradiction does it cause?  Is it like using a higher 
tech tool where the spell is the tool?  Which would make the initial 
casting of any impressed spell for any TK caster a Four-Case 
check.  Since the "tool" has a higher axiom then the caster and the 
land.  If he does get it impressed he would have access to it and 
able to discharge it when he wanted right?

	Scenario two:  The same character comes across the Bind Demon spell, 
pg 61 of Pixaud's, while in Ayles.  The Bind Demon spell has an Axiom 
of 17.  If he cast this spell in Ayles it would cause a One-Case 
contradiction but in LA it would cause the Four-Case right?  But he 
would indeed be able to cast the spell?
