The way I always read this is that the act of impressing a spell is
the contradiction. So if that goes off, the spell is impressed and can
then be released at the lower Axiom level.
Bear in mind that, once I get through examining all of the spells in
the Cosmverse, I doubt that this spell will have anywhere near the
axiom ratings listed.

Exactly. One case in Aysle, because only one of the two questions
comes up negative (Do I believe?) while both come up negative in LA
(Do I believe? Does the world believe?)
