However, on p207 it says that a disconnected mage cannot release any
impressed spells if the local reality doesn't allow it, which would
suggest that releasing the effect also requires Magic 17. That's what
I based my previous post upon. The bit on p212 was lifted straight out
of the original rulebook. I'd swear that p207 was based on something
WEG said in Infiniverse about impressed spells but I still can't find
it so maybe I'm remembering it wrong.
