I have one.

The Baldrick Formulation: anytime a character prefaces a plan of action
with the phrase "I have a cunning plan...", any attempt to perform an
action clearly delineated in that plan receives a +3 to its roll.  If
said plan is at all rational, reasonable, useful, or indeed sane, any
action clearly delineated in the plan is a 4-case contradiction.
