The example uses a Kentucky Rifle and in the original rulebook it
doesn't state where it occurred, just that the CE character disconnected
while using it. (In the R&E I put the example in Aysle.)

Every little bit helps, but it's still gonna be tough with just a +3
bonus. The Akashan would have to disconnect with that Kentucky Rifle in
the Living Land before the bonus will bring that DN down to size!
