It's not a problem for the Star Sphere so other cosms should be
able to have multiple populated solar systems. The Tharkold/
Kadandra cosm could have lots of other populated systems in them
that neither race knows about. (Which might let me go back to an
idea from a while back of merging the concept of Kadandra with the
Space Gods.)

Well, the Land Below worked that way so there's precedent. But it's
a precedent that I'd prefer to ignore. :)
