I'm feeling my way through that as I wander through the published
material. The file I'm creating will list reasonings for most
mechanism/result choices, and every spell will have its full state
path listed, so you can see what I chose.

> I am currently in the process of redoing the entire Torg magic system.
> The current working title for this project is Compleat Magick. This
> will have four main areas. The first section is already on this site:
> the reworked Magic Axiom. The second section will look at all spells
> ever published in Torg products. Each spell will be examined for
> adherence to spell design rules, Axiom ratings, and feasibility of the
> spell design. After that, a retooled version of the spell will be
> listed.
>
> The third section of Compleat Magick will add new spells. Some are
> variants of spells already published, but they have a different
> functionality. An example of this is Decoys, a variant of the Multiple
> Selves spell found in the Torg Worldbook that projects its illusion of
> multiple casters to everyone in the affected area, as opposed to
> affecting a single target. Others will be from my previous campaigns
> and other sources as I find them.
>
> The fourth and final section will deal with unusual situations using
> the Magic Axiom. Nile Empire's mathematics and engineering spells will
> be discussed, and design rules will be made for them. The same will be
> done for Orrorsh's occult skill, designing synonymous knowledges,
> Tharkold's technological magic, wish magic, and anything else that
> needs it.
>
> Anyone who wants to suggest material may contact me by e-mail (address
> is available here). Nothing is guaranteed to be used, but anything
> used will be given due credit regarding its source.
