The definitions of simple action on p17 and p75 give as examples
shouting commands, flipping a switch, drawing a weapon and "similar
easy tasks". If I cannot both shout a command and flip a switch
within a ten second period of time, regardless of anything else I
do or don't do during that time frame, then there's a major
disconnect between the game system and reality. (Har, double meaning
in Torg! :p )

Yes, that's the case. I was just checking since the wording suggested
to me that you'd only get one.
