Assuming that anyone in Tokyo takes the time to stop and say "this can't
be real, I disbelieve that I'm about to be crushed by Godzilla!"
And don't forget that the DN to disbelief an illusion is increased by
the number of people who do believe the illusion is real. So our one
valiant disbeliever may be screwed by the couple of thousand people
around him blindly panicking and running in fear from Godzilla!
