It (and the damage rules posted separately) reminds me of Savage Worlds.
About the only difference is that SW's first level of damage does have
an effect, if you're Shaken you lose your action until you manage to
gather your wits again (which I found clumsy when I played the game,
I'd just have you lose your action for one round and leave it at that.)
