[Torg] shrinking

          ive been trawling through the pulp powers and making adjustments on possibility costs. all the powers range in cost from 2-5 except 3 of them. illusion which costs 6 and detect magic which costs 1. however shrinking costs a massive 12!! this has got to be a mistake right? i mean growth only costs 5. i cant believe that for being 2 inches tall with a +5 dex and an additional +5 stealth with the drawbacks of -5 strength and toughness that this power should cost this much. any thoughts?
