I've looked more towards the "Conspiracy X" RPG for inspiration on
adapting the Greys to Torg. There's some good ideas floating around
in a bunch of the weirdness/conspiracy-angle GURPS books too.

WEG may have been building up to doing something like that, there was a
rumor in Infiniverse #21 about a UFO from an unknown alien race being
sighted near Nazca and Infiniverse #37 had a rumor about a mysterious,
unknown alien species from the Star Sphere trying to kidnap Earthers.
The first one finished up at False though so nothing was done with it,
the last one was True but the newsletter died before anything else could
be done with it.

I recall something else involving non-Akashan UFOs somewhere, maybe
in one of the Infiniverse Updates, that the Akashans said they knew
nothing about UFOs or Greys or anything of that sort which had been
seen on Core Earth prior to the start of the P-Wars.
