The closest miracle I can find is Plague from the Orrorsh SB (renamed as
the Plague of Vermin ritual in the Clerics' SB), but that specifies that
the critters summoned are not themselves harmful, which certainly
doesn't apply to those ants. I don't recall any spells which would do it
either.
