Kinda interested in knowing this too. Although we were playing it
where you got Ps at the end of a the session but could not use any of
those until the end of a scene. Usually there would not be any given
by the GM at that point only card awards.

Well I know what KJ will say. "There is no such thing as cyborgs
anymore." :) Since he wrote most if not all of the Torg RE
book. Which BTW I was able to re download the book. I have four
more remaining. Thanks KJ.
But as for your question I believe that the dragon or cyborg are ok
until a 1 is rolled. If either is an NPC or a GM plot device then
there should be some discretion from the GM. But if a cyborg still
exists in your game then I believe that it probably would shut down
until it reconnects. As for the dragon I don't remember if it needs
a certain magic level to live or not like a TK demon. Or it could
lose some of its abilities like a giant until it reconnects.
I cant be too sure of these things as my books are at a friends. Who
I was holding game sessions with until he got a different shift at
work . Thanks for the reminder. I need to go and get my books.
