Here is what we decided Babu, the Living Land Edeinos, physicially transformed. 
1: Nanocord
2: Body Max  +5 (Str)
3: Shock Suppression module (Tou)
4: +3 Reflex Booster (Dex)
5: Adrenal Booster (Dex and Str)
6: Miracle swap: Increased Str, Increased Tou, Heighten Dex, Feast, Storm  and Kill Technology : Transformed: Mark Prey, Animal Rage, Heightened Touch, Reduce Toughness, Faith Armor, and Electro Damper
The miracles were swapped because of the Spirit axiom / WL effects. Four of the miracles were over the spirit axiom, thus swapped out. Feast and Storm fit (in our opinion) outside the area of acceptable miracles. Tharkold won't allow miracles that provide a clear diety advantage, or something like that. 
Essentially the dieties are kept from providing a miracle that would outbalance the current conflict between followers. Since feast and storm have potent results that can effect great numbers, and they weren't on any Tharkold miracle list (we used the cleric source book as a guideline).
NOTE: We left Lava Storm, but almost replaced it with a laser combat (3 adds) and a thav-6 (?) pistol. Since it is a one round miracle effecting one target, we left that alone.
If you have any opinions or thoughts, we'll be happy to have them. There weren't any examples of such a drastic physical transformation, so we wingged it. Heh.
