[Torg] Skill levels for Grimoire spells

Hello everyone,
    James from  Atlanta, Georgia here, first time posting. I've been running
a Torg game ever-other weekend for a couple of months now (unfortunaly one
of my players had to drop so it's just tow players now.)  I used to play
Torg when it was new, and I really enjoyed it but I really did forget how
complicated running it can be. I'm having fun though.

   On to my question: What skill levels where used for creating the spells
in Pixaud's- or the "common" grimoire? I'm looking to add some additional
spells and was actually using the magic creation system. (It's complicated,
but interesting)
