[Torg] 3 New Initiative Systems for Torg: Simple, Standard, and Perfect

Just wanted to drop a note - taking in the responses, and preparing for a
reboot of the idea - the Simple method needs to be simpler for one, and the
Standard method has to be fixed so it is no longer inconsistent. The funny
thing is the Perfect system may be the most complex, but in many ways its I
think very simple, at least in concept - can't wait until I demo that.

What I think I am going to do however it treat each initiative system
(simple, standard, perfect) as its own beast - meaning I won't try to tackle
all three in one post like I did last time.

Thanks!

Like Phil, I wouldn't say "you can't change the game mechanics."
That'd be, if nothing else, massively hypocritical coming from me.

I would, however, second the "This seems very complicated" sentiments.

IMHO, YMMV.
