[Torg] an idea about the Drama Deck(s)

My initial impulse is that the players would keep any cards in their
hands from other realms but the GM would change out the Deck whenever
they went somewhere else. As players use up cards acquired in previously
visited realms the GM would put them back into the appropriate deck
to keep them from rotating back into play.

It'd certainly be easier making up, say, 20 Nile cards to shuffle into
the Drama Deck than make up 150+ Nile cards as a separate Deck! The only
problem I see is that if you shuffle them into the complete Drama Deck
you may end up with a bunch down at the bottom of the Deck that never
get used (especially if your GM is lousy at shuffling cards. :) )

Yeah, that's my problem. Just enough time to come up with ideas but
never enough to implement any of them and no group to try them out
with anyway.
