[Torg] an idea about the Drama Deck(s)

my take on  this would be that all of the decks cards are numbered from 1 to 
150. all you do  when leaving one cosm for another is trade in your nile cards 
(for example) for  orrorshan cards of the same number. that way you would 
probably end up with  cards that were similar but not all the same. and there is 
no reason why an  action card couldnt be more powerful in one realm than 
another.

The other minor issue is with crossing cosms -- if a group plays one scene  
in CE and then moves into NE, do they need to swap out all their in their  
hands for new ones from the NE deck? Do subplots from one deck remain  
active when another comes into play?
