For this, you need to use the rules for passive disconnection
which you can find on p152 of TRE.

Nope. A passive contradiction covers most circumstances, but you
should also check for contradiction for more active uses e.g.
Speed pushes, Jumping/Climbing checks or Kicks.

This is the usual approach for passive checks: per scene covers
most eventualities. The only time you might want to vary this if
there's a lot of downtime within scenes, so that a character
spends an extended period of time with a passive contradiction.
Then it's up to you - perhaps one check per day might be fair.

It's not anything I'm aware of, and isn't described anywhere as
I recall.

Generally tharkoldu cyberware is a little more powerful than
cyberpapal, as they are a slightly more advanced Tech 26
society. It may also have slightly different Cyber Values,
you'll have to check. And they will look different, cyberpapal
being more traditional gleaming chrome while tharkold cyberware
might best be described as cyberware as Orcs might design it!

Not sure about the official line on this. They may be demons of
a sort, but they are demons of the Tharkoldu cosm. So you might
be able to summon a Tharkoldu using magic in Tharkold, but if
you were in magna verita you'd summon a magna verita demon.
There is no official link between Tharkold and the
Judeao-Christian hell.
Hope those answers helped. Good luck with your game.
