It's not stated anywhere that I remember. Since a successful clearing
lasts for the remainder of that Act, I'd say that you only get one
chance per Act. I think in my own games I did allow that you could try
again during the same Act if another PC pushed you to do it (the classic
"snap out of it!" slap to the face kind of thing.)
