[Torg] Possibility Spending

"No more than one possibility can be spent on any one action" is the only
sentence that I have found (so far) in the 1.0 rules that address how many
possibilities you can spend. If the die roll is cancelled, it seems pretty
obvious that possibility was not in fact spent on *any* action - and until
one is able to spend a possibility on an action, one does not run afoul of
the limit.
I believe the language in 1.5 may have been altered to change that.
