[Torg] What would you do as a GM if the player did this?

To be more explicit, it all depends on the DD. Each has its own personality
and also its own powers apart from the already formidable basic powers of a
DD.
Apart from the fact that the player's actions have close to nil chance of
hurting it, the DD will most probably always be pissed off and it is not a
good idea to piss off a DD.
Personnaly, I would probably rain hell on the players just to teach them to
think before they act and not to go shooting/destroying things just on a
whim. Sometimes players have to be reminded that they are not the most
powerful beings in the world and that you can ALWAYS find someone more
powerful that can piss on you. But that's just my take. :-)
