[Torg] Improving Attributes in play: Edges

Just off the top of my head,isn't Intimidation, Test, Maneuver, Trick, Taunt
all very effective in combat? With Stymie, Setback, Up, etc results, isn't
that a good thing to do when fighting someone else?
