So I checked what I could do with 155 possibilities with my current skills.
Don't know how this table will format, but this is what I would ideally do
with 155 possibilities, but would probably be blind to the idea of what it
would do to spend them directly on these skills, when I could for the price
of upgrading two of them, or three of them, increase a stat that would bump
3-4 of them all at once. Why spend the Ps on increasing BTech, Dodge,
Missile, Melee, and Energy, when I can just bump DEX twice for about the
same cost, or less. Why bump Evidence Analysis, Find, Language, Tracking and
Psi Manipulation, when I can just bump PER twice for about the same cost or
less. The same goes for SPI, but not so much MIN because I have fewer MIN
skills. I did list some skills above that are not below, but I do have adds
in, I just would not likely increase those particular ones with the 155 as
they are not primary skills I would be using as often.

Skill Starting Adds Adds after spending
155 Ps
   Biotech Weapons 3 7 Dodge 0 4
 Martial Arts 0 5
 Evidence Analysis 1 5
 Find 1 5
 Psionic Manipulation 2 8
 Mindsense 1 4 Psi Resistance 2 7
 Faith 1 5
 Focus 1 5
 Reality 2 7
