[Torg] the lands below

infact,
          in relation to the  idea of a tharkold land below with an AI and 
robots. didnt i read of an AI  highlord in the godnet or something? couldnt i 
just have something equivelant  appear in the tharkold land below and start 
messing with the local laws etc? or  would this mess with the entire land below? 
        ich brings me to the question of  a high lord in the land below would 
he have to mess with each domed world  separatly or would an axiom shift 
affect them all? not sure myself as the world  laws for each domed world seem to 
be separate.
