[Torg] ADMIN: state of the lists

I am sorry about the up and down of the lists these last two weeks. My
old system has been hit by a bunch of power burps and been running on
its last legs. I am working on moving it to a newer site which will be
more reliable (its in my house) but a bit slower. I will be adding
that long wanted for wiki and maybe forums if people will volunteer to
moderate. Due to the cost of the net access, inflation, etc... and my
debt not getting any smaller I will be adding ads to the website but
not to the emails.

My current plan is to have it ready by mid-October if not sooner if
the current system completely crashes. I will give status reports as
time goes.
