psionics having its own axiom works for me. the difficulty numbers in SG
practically gives you those. assuming SG's axiom for psionics is ( and as a
baseline this is off the top of my head) 20 it would follow that other realms
psionic axioms would be ....... core earth - 18, nippontech - 16, nile empire/
orrorsh - 13, cyber papacy/ aysle - 13 and living land - 2.
not sure if i made it clear in my earlier email but i understood
that psionics wasnt intended for nippontech. has this psionic axiom approach
been done by anyone before? if no one really wants to discuss this with me
(because its been done to death) could i be pointed in the direction of the
previous discussions?
cheers, mark.
p.s. ive looked at and d/l for various psionic rules but they all
pay homage to wegs multiple axiom/ increased difficulty per realm rules and i
want to get away from that.
I won't go into the full argument, but these are the considerations
that led some people (myself included) to suggest that Psionics should
have its own Axiom. Psionics in Nippon is contrary to the genre of
Nippon Tech, as it makes it hard to plot against the company when
there are psychics who can root them out. Also, it's entirely possible
to imagine a culture with a lower Social than 21 but with a vibrant
Psionic culture.
