[Torg] social axiom

 just a quick one,
                           keeping psionics aside. has anyone put much of a 
use to the social axiom? it  seems to have a very limited impact upon the game. 
unless you go into the LL  ofcourse. id be interested to hear if anyone has 
added rules to make it  more applicable to the system.
